What are the race rules?
Timing chips are on the bib. The top finishers are ranked on gun time and everyone else on chip time. Runners who fail to start within 15 minutes of their flag-off are disqualified, and result protests must be made in writing within an hour of the official posting, with a PHP 5,000 fee.
