Where 15 Regional Legs Converge
The MILO Marathon National Finals offers two distances -- 21.1K and the 42.195K full marathon -- in Clark City, Pampanga. [1] This is the culminating event of the 2026 MILO Marathon's 50th-anniversary 'Golden Run' series, which this research batch has covered extensively at its Cebu, Bacolod, Dumaguete, Tagbilaran, Subic, Vermosa, Urdaneta and Cagayan de Oro legs, among others -- all 15 regional stops feed toward this single National Finals event.
A 50-Year Milestone
2026 marks the 50th anniversary of the MILO Marathon, described elsewhere in this research as the Philippines' longest-running grassroots race, dating back to 1976. [1] Holding the National Finals in a purpose-built Freeport Zone venue for this anniversary year gives the event particular institutional and historical weight.
Clark City: The Series' Proven Hub
Clark City and the broader Clark Freeport Zone have already demonstrated repeat capacity for large-field races throughout this research batch -- hosting the annual Pampanga Marathon, the Singlife ONE Clark International Marathon, legs of the PUMA Philippine Half Marathon Series, HOKA Midnight Run Asia's Clark leg, and the Clark Phil-Kor Half Marathon. [2] That concentration of tested infrastructure makes Clark a natural choice for the series' single biggest event of the year.
Two Competitive Distances, Registration Open
Unlike most regional legs, which offer a broad 1K-to-21K spread, the National Finals focuses on just the 21.1K half marathon and the 42.195K full marathon -- a competitive rather than family-inclusive format. [1] The 'Register Here' link is confirmed active, meaning registration is already open.
Should You Run It?
If you've followed the MILO Marathon's 50th-anniversary Golden Run series through any of its regional legs, or simply want to be part of the culminating event of the Philippines' longest-running grassroots race, the National Finals on 6 December 2026 is the natural capstone.
