What are the age limits and cut-offs at UPRACE DAY 2026?

The Pace8 page sets a minimum age of 16 for the 21 km and 14 for the 5 km and 10 km. Cut-offs are 4 hours for the 21 km, 2 hours 30 minutes for the 10 km and 1 hour 30 minutes for the 5 km. Runners must bring a national ID card, and under-18s need parental consent.

How much does UPRACE DAY 2026 cost?

In the regular phase the 21 km costs VND 850,000, the 10 km VND 750,000 and the 5 km VND 650,000. The 21 km includes a finisher shirt. Entries cannot be refunded; changes and transfers are accepted until 23:59 on 15 October 2026.
