Bangkok Full Moon Hash
Website ↗A monthly Friday-night hash, now in its 23rd year. Runners are asked to bring a torch.
- Once a month on a Friday evening, 6:30pm at Changing sites (directions posted per run)
Cost: 60 baht run fee
Covers Bangkok, centred on Benjakitti and Lumpini parks, plus hash runs held around the wider city.
Most Bangkok group runs start from two parks: Benjakitti Park in Khlong Toei (MRT Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre) and Lumpini Park (BTS Sala Daeng / MRT Silom). An elevated walkway joins the two parks into a traffic-free loop of about 10 km. Because temperatures sit between 30 and 37°C for much of the year, most sessions start before 7am or after sunset, and Lumpini evening runs set off after the 6pm national anthem. Some groups call off runs when PM2.5 readings are high or when it rains. Several Hash House Harrier chapters also run on different days of the week at changing sites around the city.
